"This is the first time and the last time I will be shopping with Spring Hill Nursery. I placed an order in April for over $500 worth of plants for 2 new summer gardens near my pool. I expected the plants to arrive in the spring or early summer so they would have time to grow and bloom. I was wrong!" - Read More...
"I recently moved to MA, with my mother still in MI. So I decided to order some plants for her for Mother's day. I had received Spring Hills Catalog, and thought it was a wonderful deal! I placed my order 3.5 weeks before Mother's Day, and called and made sure the order would get there." - Read More...
"I ordered on-line and after placing my order, the website applied a $25 coupon to my purchase and confirmed my total of $25.84. After shipping, my credit card was charged $30.44 ($4.50 more). When I asked why I was charged more than my confirmation letter, they told me there was a mistake and an adjustment was made! So they basically just took it upon themselves to charge my credit card for more than I approved (which is at the very least, unethical if not ILLEGAL!)! They never attempted to contact me to inform me of this mistake or offered me the option to cancel my order." - Read More...

"This is the first time I bought plants from a nursery online and delivered UPS. The plants looked nothing like the photos. Maybe that's how nursery plants usually look when you order them by mail, I wouldn't know, but I was very disappointed when I opened the box and saw all these scrawny looking plants. Very tiny." - Read More...
"Just received a package with ordered plants. Was pleasantly surprised! All plants are packed with great care, all alive with leaves and some even have blooms on! Plants are not big but most of them are rare varieties, hard to find somewere else.If you looking for unigue plants, than this nursery is for you! They provide you with broshure that has planting tips for all of their plants. Waiting time after placing an order and receiving the package was 14 days, but the package was shipped with a tracking number 10 days after online order was made and it took 3 days to arrive. Nice experience!" - Read More...
"Placed several orders at the web site for couple of plants each. Used a coupon advertised in the brochure. One order came but the other two were canceled, one on the same day, another one a month after being shown online as pending. No e-mails or any sort of notification was sent to me regarding the cancellation, no explanation was offered at web site as to why the order was suddenly canceled." - Read More...
"I ordered many times from Spring Hill Nursery and my bills were always paid. Spring Hill says it will replace anything that doesn't live within a year. Many times the plants that I received were in poor shape and did not live. Because I asked for them to be replaced, Spring Hill made me feel like a dishonest jerk." - Read More...
"When the two hydrangeas arrived, one was about 12 inches tall and still alive, the other one was about 4 inches tall. I planted them both but the smaller one lost its leaves and then dried up. On another order, the blueberry bush didn't come back this spring. Another order, five of the six ferns died. Another order, only three of the columbine lived." - Read More...
"I found Spring Hill Nursery listed under Google Search, advertising $25 off $50 or more purchase. Limited one per family per order. I ordered 60 Lily of the Valley at discounted price plus at check out they deducted the $25.00 but before paying with credit card asked for a code for the discount. The discounted price already appeared in red. I looked every where and called their customer service as to where to find the code number. I spoke first with a young male. I do not remember his name who put me on hold several times during our question/answer." - Read More...
